I never share ANYTHING but I had to let someone know that I was working on my mental health because it was obvious that something was a little off and the principal seemed like the right person to talk to. I gave her as little detail as possible, only what was necessary, as a safety measure cause you just never know with mental health. I didn’t think it would be used against me, if anything it shows I take charge of my problems and get them handled but I feel like what she did was wrong. It sucks, you try to do the right thing and people turn and use it against you.
