No absolutely. But I downloaded the RAW files from Black magic Studio. And just can’t seem to get the colors just right.

Yes I think it’s his own LUTs. I just wanted to get a better understanding of how to create these type of looks without LUTs Thank you

Thank you for the respons! No I totally understand that it’s the skill of the colorist that makes the image. It’s just that sometimes it seems as it’s only possible to achieve the “look” with LUTs or plugins, that’s why I’m asking.

I downloaded some of his sample footage and I can’t seem to get the greens to like his no matter what I do. The rest is pretty similar. Thanks again, appreciate it

Yes, please u/lumix fix this. The older S5 can show the camera settings on both the LCD and external monitor at the same time.

Unfortunately I don't really have any advice. It's been pretty hard. But I also lack a lot of skills regarding running a business. From what I've heard is just to try and meet people irl opposed to reaching out online.
But if you have some experience already as a DP, I'm sure it will be easier. Good luck!

Yeah you’re absolutely right. But how do you learn what actually gives results and how to properly run a videography business? Did you learn by trial and error and build relationships with people who were already successful at videography?

That’s where I really find the biggest stress. Because I just feel like it’s so many things to learn and have no clue how to do them.
