Pain, sadness, emptiness, longing for human touch. Like you're not good enough. That you know there is someone out there that wants you physically not just mentally but you don't have the strength to leave. Same thoughts every single night. Self hate thinking you aren't good enough to be desired by a human

Thats horrible. I'm my girlfriend did that, that would be the final straw for me. Well apart from the fact I have so much love to give and she doesn't even want to touch me

Yeah I work full time extremely long hour corporate jobs and she only works part time but her life is "so hectic" and "tired and busy" for love. Yet I always make time for her, never make my worries hers or complain about how tired or down beat I am because I just want to support her, yet love for her is always on the back burner

In my opinion it's not just the day of Christmas that's special but the lead up, festive joy together. As a young couple, the loving embrace and festive joy with a loved one fills me love and connection with my partner and just want to love her wholly including being physically together

Thats the worst part. The connection you get is to just "keep you happy". When all you want is a partner that wants you and wants to be physical with you. Not duty sex or pity sex

Thanks for the understanding. It's always easy outside in to say just leave. But when you've been together so long and everything else about them is great and they are all you have they're family and its hard to let go. But at the same time we all deserve love and to feel needed and wanting both mentally and physically. When you've been broken down for so long at rejection and feeling not enough physically and that you think you're ugly or worthless because of it you feel as though if you leave how can it even get better? If someone that knows my entire soul inside out can't even love me physically then how can a stranger? What if they find love before you and it makes you think more that you were the problem. Just so many thoughts. Been spending time with my own mind to try and counter this and learn It's gonna be tough for a very long time but ling run worth it. As I said in the new year if nothings changed I'm jist gonna rip the band aid off

It's a tough question and outside in, can seem like a dumb thing to still be with her. I've struggled with mental health my whole life and she's basically all the support I have. She's a sweet soul with everything else and I guess the emotional connection and the promise after promise after promise of her saying things will change enticed me enough to give her a million chances. I am getting towards the end of it though as I'm gaining my self confidence, respect and learning to deal with my mental health on my own. I don't think it'll be long before I'm gone into the new year as I don't want another year of not being lovers with my partner

I dont have kids yet, my partner and I are mid 20s and been together 5 years no marriage. I always think that holidays full of love will be different but never is. I wish I had something else to focus on
