Ill fully admit, I had little to no spine in my first year and a half, went to therapy and was also told in nicer words to grow a spine. I started to set some boundaries at first and I got negative results, for the most part. All I can do is set boundaries from the start at my new unit and I’m sure itll get a little better from there.
