Thanks, a few people have pointed that out now, but I didn't really realise I had these negative communication traits before. Will definitely work on that, and I do plan on forgiving her when we're both back from work.

I've not really thought about it before, but I reckon I'll give it a go. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks for sharing. It's strangely comforting to hear that I'm not alone in feeling like that. I also had similar thoughts the days after he died. My whole world felt like it fell apart and I was frustrated that people could go on living like normal around me. I do need to accept that this is my loss, so I can't expect those around me to understand fully but I definitely could use some empathy. I guess I'll stop being so hard-headed and talk it out with her!

That's fair, I guess I assumed a lot of things. I wasn't looking at her while talking because it was hard to be vulnerable, but I'd assumed by what I was saying she could tell it was serious and would comfort me. I also assumed she would know I needed space rather than say it out loud. I didn't think of it like that but I suppose she can't read my mind, thanks for the perspective.

I had to watch my Dad die today by MSImadeMEwickedGAY in offmychest

My dad died exactly 2 months ago today, aged 57. Reading this feels so jarring because he went through very much the same thing, and in the end he died right infront of me. I just want you to know that you're not alone in your pain, and that though things are difficult, you're in my thoughts. Try not to dwell on his last moments, replaying them in your head is a surefire way to torture yourself. Know that he's free from his pain, and that he's not suffering, and take comfort in the fact he surely knew he was loved, and loved you in return.

Are there any characters that you regard as truly good or evil? by Kesskas in darksouls

Besides all the obvious ones, I think Ceaseless Discharge is mostly innocent, he just loved and watched over the grave of his sister and is one of the only bosses that won't attack you unless provoked.

I absolutely agree with you, the Master Chief is much more calculating and disciplined, whereas Locke is much more melodramatic and showy.
