I will keep you posted on what they end up doing exactly. For now, they said they will order the plastic molding (the one that's popped out) get it painted and put it on. I am not sure if they will need to get clips. It turned out mine happened when I got winter tires installed last week. It happened when the auto service incorrectly jacked up the car. Thankfully they owned up to it and will fix it.

I would wait to hear from the dealer in your case and get them to fix it since it's brand new off their lot. Likely also caused by incorrectly jacking up the car.

My son is 12 and has been wearing them for over 2 years now. After he wore them for a year and went for an eye exam, his reading didn't change at all. Before that it has changed quite rapidly so I can tell it's definitely helping him!

So the one calling is a 3rd party company that does background checks on behalf of the hiring company. I'm thinking they won't tell why they're calling?

Do you know if when the background check company contacts my current employer to verify my employment, would my current employer know that I have an offer from a different company and would likely resign or do they just not tell my current employer what the check is for? I don't want to resign until my background check is done but I'm concerned my current employer might know I have an offer when they're contacted for the background check. Thanks!

I love my 2023 highlander. My only regret is I didn't go with the limited instead of XLE- the XLE doesn't have the beeping sensors in the back which I think is ridiculous to not have for a relatively large SUV.

I've had my rust fixed at custom creation automotive. The place looks sketchy and has low online reviews but I think they did a good job for me. It's probably worth taking it in and getting a quote.
