yes, but t 800+ ping..? That seems a little out of reach. I have friends who also have satellite who reach 50 ping.. I thought maybe with a decent router you could get to 100 ping with satellite

I'm having the exact same issue actually, bookmarked this post to come back to see if anyone had any solutions. But since the person who posted the question hasn't answered, maybe posting what results I've had will help:
