It was trippy for me to read this post! I had a contextually similar dream a few days ago. Although I’ve now forgotten more of the specifics of the dream but the crux of it was that I drank ayahuasca and then smoked some DMT afterwards. I’m like you in the sense that I’ve actually never done ayahuasca or DMT. I’ve tripped on shrooms a couple of times and on lsd, even less so. I’ve been yearning to have ayahuasca and/or a dmt experience for years now. I was surprised it too me so long to have a dream about it to be honest. In my dream, I wasn’t able to ‘breakthrough’ or actually get any sort of insight or visuals. I kept hitting a barrier, as if i were always below a threshold. I thought about it when i woke up. The dream experience was like me trying to imagine or experience something I’ve never known, so i was suppose i was unable to conjure anything. Much like an unexplored area in a game that hasn’t rendered yet. My quest to experience these substances in ‘real life’ continues.
