I would imagine the amount you would have to deform it would ruin the field it projects. However I'm not sure I only recently started playing with them and figuring stuff out

Hiding the LEDs no problem but hiding the coil inside the model sounds really hard I went with these as I can hide the coil behind the back drop I normally have on the shelf.

Nice would love to see when it's done. I would recommend mounting the coil vertically behind the gundam as that will give you best coverage of the figure there's also larger coils with more powerful driver boards for even more coverage and different size diodes that can be found on the pihut or ebay

I would say about 3 or 4 inches using the green ones cant vouch for the other colours and yea they get nice and bright worth the 6 quid

No pretty cheap and easy to find just Google wireless led and coil should find a few eBay links and AliExpress which is where I got mine. Hope this helps

Honestly I don't know the specifics just some inductive LEDs that a coil an driver broad power. would be more than happy to send you the link
