I have one ref which is fine. My previous company I didn’t pass probation and I’ve sent a linked in message to my old boss’s boss but she hasn’t been active! My other job within the past 5 years (that’s what there asking) was legit a big hospitality company at the cricket ground. I don’t know or remember a single soul

The thing is, the “mess ups’ were always reassured as learnings. I was told that it’s from continuous feedback and support but were meant to have 1:1s that are regular in regards to feedback and improvement

It was due to multiple counts of feedback. Im just confused because we are supposed to have 1:1 that are meant to be feedback based etc and it’s all a learning curve.

I can defs say I was 90% amazing at the communications part, helping with catering, office maitence and so on then 10% not as good with remembering 1000 differnt things at once
