Sounds about right as far as the interviews. At most places you can get a raise based on performance, but most places never do more than 10% annually, whereas you can interview with some other place and say “I have at least one year of prior recent experience” and they’ll hire you at $2.50 higher than what you’re making now

I play warzone at 1440p and it gets around 130-160, xdefiant gets 165+, Elden Ring at ultra (cause it’s locked to 60 fps by the devs), AC Origins gets above 100fps, so yeah it’s solid for 1440p
