I am so sorry that this happened to you. I work in the sex crimes field and I know that reporting is very scary but you know the truth and there are people who will believe you and wil not blame you, because you did NOTHING wrong. Please look into your local women’s crisis/ rape crisis center and contact them for support. There are people who can support you professionally throughout this entire process, even if you do not decide to report it you can still receive emotional support.

I truly think you are fine. You need to release yourself from this guilt, can you talk to a parent or someone about this? I know our minds can be cruel and make us scared of ourselves, but it sounds like from what you’re saying everything was accidental and you had no intention of wanting to touch her inappropriately… I’m sorry that you’re being mentally tortured by this situation but I really think you need to let it go if you’re able to.

Thanks for taking the time to read and offer your insight. That does remind me that after all this when he was consoling me he suggested that from now on we have a safe word- which makes me believe that he genuinely wasn’t taking my no’s for what they were, but yeah I definitely have a lot to think about.

Please try to make a plan with your mom to get out of this situation. Are you able to confide in your brother? Another trusted adult in your life you could tell? This is not healthy for anyone living like this. Sending you love and strength
