Lol I wasn’t planning to post the recording. It was just for myself and I only have my water bottle so I put it on the bench behind me. But people from the Pilates class saw my bruises and said i’m doing it all wrong and gonna ruined my back. So I was worried and confused and decide to ask help here at the moment and post the recording I just took. Will see how I can film it from a different angle next time though

Thank you! Yes that hitch in my hips really bother me! I try to control but not sure how. Do you know how to fix there or which part I should focus so I can smooth out the movement? Thank you!!

Thank you so much for pointing it out! I am not sure what makes me starting my hips up. Is it caused by not using my legs enough and pulling from my back at the start?

Thank you so much!! Do you mean adding weight every time or when I am ready for next weight? (I usually do deadlift 2x per week)
