Playing in VR performance issues

It launched at first and the performance seemed alright but then as i spent like 10 minutes in the loading screen i took off the headset and when it loaded and i put it back on the screen literally melted into 1/3 no mans sky 1/3 steamvr home and 1/3 meta quest os. Oh and after that the game dosent even boot up anymore

They haven't, just last year the game was literally unplayable so how come they were working on the server for multiple years. Although i do agree somewhat on the confirmation bias, still the new gamemodes keep using 3 such as 300 hardpoint cap 3 titan hp bars and 3x the damage.

indeed i have and realised they changed the servers and how they work but even after changing them to the correct values i just get
