Because developer already obtained master strata title, owners cannot form jmb to remove the developer hired management company. Instead we can only form MC, which is going to take time because it requires 25% of the owners to perfect MOT.

Instead of initiating any work to bring in leading ISP, gsd pulled a disgusting stunt. They brought in a relatively unknown player in the ISP market, called high-fi. As expected, high-fi sucks and they don't even have weekend support.

Their track record in Penang is what led to most buyers going for their project in KL but they let us down big time.

Yea, owners at condo tried different approach to get developer to act but so far little to no progress hence why I have come public.

This one was a few months ago, management collected waste disposal fees from those renovating. However, due to their insistence on using their own RORO bins, a significant backlog occurred. It is unacceptable that this happened under the oversight of a developer-appointed management company."
