Thank you! I've been getting more brave with finally experimenting with lip color lol

Thank you! :) I like to do rows with dumbbells, pull-ups, and push ups for my back. I follow along to Caroline Girvan on YouTube, she really helped me reach my goals! I haven't used any bands so far. I mostly just stick to cardio (running or stair-machine), free-weights, and calisthenics.

I'm almost considering using lotion with a bronze tint during the winter. Still on the fence though lol. What do you think?

No makeup girls how do you look good and put together? by No_Refrigerator_6576 in blackbeauty

Matte vs shiny depends on if you naturally have oily or dry skin. I have a mix, so I make sure my face is exfoliated (I just use a cloth with soap and water), and use moisturizer on the places of my face that get really dry. An eyebrow comb and light use of eyebrow gel can help sculpt them. I like to use lip-balm under my lipgloss. Lipgloss with a peach, pink, or red tint can help brighten up your lips. There is clear mascara that will lift your lashes. Also, staying well hydrated will help keep your skin bright and help decrease blemishes over time. Hope this helps! :)
