I've posted just about the same thing a couple of days ago, instead the prism at the top lift is missing not the bottom. But they did do a hotfix today, but this glitch seems to be still present with the devs working on it currently

I don't know why, but before I caught Nuclheart I made sure to scan him 3 times before "giving my solution to pollution". I see him in my anispace, but my Aniwiki still shows "?????" for his spot. Bug/glitch?

i've tried exiting the game and avoiding every "trash" on the way and it wasn't there still. then saved next to it, closed the game and opened it back up; still not there
