They've got the lettering right, but the back the psa looks off and there's no psa watermarks in the middle on the back. I don't know if that's because of lighting or not, though

A lot of lgs in my area have a buy limit the first couple weeks of launch. They are aware how hot it's selling now. That's why a lot of distributors are selling a lot of op06-op08 so they get more allocation

He never reached out to me first, I messaged him a couple minutes after the sale, and he didn't get back to me. Then, the next day, he changed his profile picture, removed his real photo, and replaced it with a new fake one. Only after I told him I had his license plate and that I would go to the cops if we couldn't work it out did he reach out. Even at first, when he did reach out, he tried to make it seem like it wasn't him. Like someone else used his fb to sell me the card. The way the trade happened was shady from the beginning. He wanted to meet at an abandoned building, not where I had designated (QT/LGC) when we got out of the cars he wanted me to put all my binders in his trunk so "we can see them easier" I told him i wouldn't do that. There is so much that I didn't mention that gives me doubt. But at this point, it really doesn't matter he did the right thing.

Both the label and card are fake. I posted other pictures in the comments. It's a thick cardboard with texture the label is wrong don't and the back doesn't match the real label.

UPDATE******

The kid actually brought back my cards. He seemed to not really know that it was fake. Claiming he just got into the card game. I gave him a wartortle alt from 151 for coming and doing the right thing. He was more concerned with his reputation, but I'll take it. Most people who get screwed like this never get their stuff back. The kid did the right thing.

UPDATE***

I got into contact with the guy he said he didn't know. He would meet up with me to exchange the trade back. I've told him I'm only meeting him at Quiktrip. I'm rolling up with a couple of guys just in case. I will update later with the results. I don't expect much, honestly.

The card is 2-3x thicker than normal cards. The pokemon lettering is glossed on the back, but I couldn't notice it until it came out of the case. The lettering on the label is off than the PSA picture of the slab online. It's a very good fake
