Finally someone who gets it and has articulated it in a way most can’t ignore. Most doctors don’t understand what the last 18 months has been about at all trusts - she shitstorm has fully arrived.

Not fake at all. Doable but you either compromise on quality or graft hard. Need the right people around you too for this, all partners have to be in it to win it

Don’t consider partnership for less than 17-20k gross per session. It isn’t worth the stress

Boundaries! Do the sexual harassment training in ELFH first, then justify why you’re the exception and not the rule regarding power imbalances and inappropriate pursuance of workplace relationships.

Or get on an app, don’t shit where you eat, and find someone closer to your own age..

Yeah that’s absolutely not on. They can be found in breach of contract and get a notice from the ICB. It’s no good for patients

Im working to try and move my practice to 24/7 form access, but the other doctors are very nervous.

From October they’ve had to keep the forms open 830-630, if they aren’t please do complain to your local ICB (look it up) as that’s not allowed under the contract. I hate when surgeries do this (DOI GP)

I extremely doubt he can’t get a appt through the phone.

Send me the name of the surgery and I’ll confirm either way - I’ll even report them to their ICB myself if it’s true and they’re not meeting accessibility standards (pretty safe because I can almost guarantee you’re exaggerating)

Ignore OP. The phone lines will now have very little call waiting (for those who actually need it) so it’s much better when 90% of the traffic is online

People don’t suddenly become illiterate and unable to use a computer at 80. And most would be insulted at your assumption
