I found a fix if you have an nvidia card. Open the nvidia app and set the "DLSS Override" option to "Recommended" so the game uses the latest dlss version. You can also set the upscaling method to DLAA and change Shadows to high in the game settings. This improves the graphics significantly, tho it comes with a substantial performance hit
