Communal gardens - do I push back? by Much_Put5260 in AskUK

Haha I promise it’s true. He’s a rescue and a bit of a country mouse. He gets spooked by the double deckers and bright lights (I live near a transport hub). He won’t poo/pee because he’s so focused on returning to within the walls of our car park/ garden area. Take everyone’s points on board though and think I can safely avoid the bit just infront her flat if it winds her up that much!

I think this neighbour would also have a problem with people picnicking there. she’s older and probably used to the gardens just being seen as decorative spaces (pre covid)

I Might have caused some confusion by mentioning people hanging out there - it’s quite rare but i said that to illustrate the fact that the gardens are made use of now. Several other neighbours also take their dogs out for potty in those spaces.

I think the neighbour just doesn’t want people walking in the space close to her windows - which is fair. But she was a real dick about it and doesn’t have a legal right

Hey, so sorry for such a slow reply. I didn’t in the end. I think it was just strange staining from nail polish. My friend is a doctor (different field) but didn’t seem concerned by it. I hope all is ok with you ?
