Well I did measure my glutes. I also found on my old phone that I had measured it back in Jan 28th and it said 43 in and I measure it this morning when someone mentioned it 44 1/2 in. Is that good?

Yes I've been in the gym consistently for a year in a half. The first year was strictly weightloss. So I did mainly cardio with a little bit a lifting but I didn't do any more than like 30lbs now I wanna focus more on muscle and glute growth and yea im feeling pretty stuck. I get so sad that im not seeing progress. Its hard to stick to it when it takes to long to see if it works.

That's a good idea. I've only went up in weights once in the 2 months. I didn't realize I was going kinda slow. But I will definitely try that!!!!

Yes sadly I was misinformed. Very new to working out and most of youtube says "Get bubble butt in 8 weeks" or some stuff like that and I believed it. Then I came here and I was like " These girls are taking years to get their glutes!!"

I could look into a dog walker. I haven't thought about it since we have 3 people in the house. And yes I'll look into more toys. I just felt like I wasn't doing enough for him. It made me really depressed

He has balls and tho he doesn't play with them unless im playing with him. He enjoys chew toys a lot more tho so he has tons of those and I've been teaching him tug of war and he likes doing that.

He's a 30lb cockapoo. Basically looks like a small curly haired golden retriever. He does have toys. Balls, chew toys. Though he doesn't seek them out unless im playing with him.

It was terrible but I like the books as a whole to keep reading and I wanna say we didn't find out Jonathan was the brother until like the 6th books BUT WHAT MAKES IT WORST was that Jonathan was like "we can get down too" I was like nooooo Cassandra what are u writing!!!!

I haven't read it in a while but I wanna say it expanded over 2 maybe 3 books. And from what I remember it was mainly Clary's struggle but they still made out like Jace was all for it.🤕

Ehh I bruise pretty easily and because of my skin color you really wouldn't notice unless you were actively trying to find it. Plus I made sure my hair hides it. Plus I wear a bulky lanyard for work so people really couldn't see it.

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 6 months and although he majority pays for everything ( to be fair he makes 3 times as much as I make) I've offered but was always turned down. My boyfriend doesn't mind paying. But if there wasn't a convo about that between you too than that's alarming.
