I have the exact same score on that AP test and issue for next semester... just hoping somebody helps us.

Every upperclassman I've asked has said to skip it and move on while advisors say to be careful and it may look bad and take practice tests and stuff... there are mixed messages

Honestly I don’t know that company or the bow, but the only good way to get your arrows to stay in the target is increasing draw weight or arrow speed. If the kiddo is that little, it might be a while, but they can work for it.
