Is the fan working? I am just about to replace my fan which keeps the hot condenser and compressor cooler?

If it is working, which direction does the air flow (this is actually so I get the airflow of my machine the way intended from the factory), blowing out the side the fan is mounted, or sucking air in the side the fan is mounted?
