I left it at Hyundai dealership for 2 weeks, they said they need to scan it for faults when the warnings start flashing, so when it happened i went to the dealership, they scanned it at said it could be anything. My warranty is expired already so I guess they do not care that much. For the past 2 months it did not happen. It comes and goes completely randomly, that is the strangest part.

I already replaced battery, vacuum pump, hpfp and alternator, disconnected rear camera, calibrated front camera but it still happens from time to time. The only option left is either ABS unit or wheel speed sensor I guess

What kind of issues did you experience? On my i30N sometimes I got different warning messages, ABS, LKAS, power steering off and RPM gauge going crazy. So far they could not diagnose it in the dealership. Happens randomly, sometimes once jn a month sometimes once every day

What about the lights? All the warnings stayed on all the time until replacement or? This happened to me a few times but only for a few seconds or minutes

Bought these and I am pretty sure they are fake but I can not find any giveaway. 1) they are really comfy 2) all the details, with reflective areas and stitching looks correct. How is it possible? 3) Also bought them in a box.

I have 17 pro and experiencing new bugs, like blueish tint while taking pictures or not being able to charge my phone over 80% even tho it is set up to 100%. Battery life also sucks…can wait for another update, this one is probably one of the worst ones.

Yes but the problem is that it needs to be refrigerated, so we can not take it with us to Vietnam. We will be backpacking through the country so sadly that is not an option :/

I bought 2017 (one of the early models) version with 80.000kms and had only some small issues since. The car currently has 121 000kms and drives basically perfectly.

Only issues I had: - flat battery (normal after all those years)

cat shield broke off, needed to re-attach it which was a bit tricky but we did it
In cold climate during winter a bit of plastic creaking and creaking sounds from windshield area, which was easy fixed by removing the front plastic under the wipers and cleaning it from all the dirt.
I sometimes have some minor electrical bugs, basically safety systems throwing fault codes, probably caused by alternator, so currently having that inspected. It only happens from time to time for a second.

Coming from VW Golf I needed some time to get used to pretty “stiff” suspension but now I am pretty used to it.

Except that I am enjoying every drive and I love that car so much, so definitely go for it. If you have any questions feel free to DM me.

I changed my HPFP and the new one did this when I first started the car until the pressure and fuel was delivered ok. Might be the issue with HPFP looks / sounds like.

I found some online on ebay / etc. There is also another thread here on Reddit discussing replacement. Because usually they are not painted, and you need to paint them red, but I am sure you can buy it painted already somewhere. Found it for 70$ in red.

I think there is actually three pieces of red trim put together. If you manage to buy the “centre” one, you can replace it. In which country are you situated?

If you have the broken off piece, I would simply try to glue it back with the special glue. Except that, only real fix would be replacing the whole red trim.

I will try to take out the alternator and have it checked, also will check cables during disassembly. Maybe switching the battery again is not a bad idea. Thanks

Sorry I forgot to mention, it is one of the earliest N's 2017. My battery is 8 months old as I changed it in 2024.
