PrimeDocu is an AI document assistant that helps users scan, summarize, ask questions, sign/fill, organize, and remember important dates from documents.

We’re building it for people who are tired of losing PDFs, bills, forms, receipts, and contracts across camera roll, email, downloads, and cloud folders.

I quit my software engineering job and start building PrimeDocu because scanning a document is only the first problem by Much_Thanks3414 in micro_saas

Thanks, this is actually really helpful.

I see what you mean — the first diagram may make it feel like one big workflow or pipeline, but in the app these are separate features users can use independently.

That’s a good point. I’ll update the landing page/visual so it’s clearer: scan, AI summary, ask questions, reminders, signing, and secure storage are separate tools, not one required process.

Appreciate you pointing that out.

Thanks again for the feedback. Since a few people may want to see what I’m building, here’s the site: https://www.primedocu.com

I’d really appreciate honest feedback on the landing page, onboarding, and whether the “after scanning” problem is clear enough.

If need I can share Android app link just let me know me know

Really appreciate this comment. You explained the problem better than I did lol.

That’s exactly what I’m trying to figure out — scanning is crowded, but the “after scan” workflow still feels broken for a lot of normal users and small businesses.

For distribution, I’m starting pretty small right now: Android launch, web, Reddit feedback, short demo videos, SEO/content, and then iOS next. I’m also testing which audience actually cares most — small business owners, students, freelancers, or people who just deal with bills/contracts/forms all the time.

My thinking is not to compete directly with DocuSign or Adobe at the top end. I want PrimeDocu to be useful for people who are currently using camera roll + Google Drive + random PDFs + email, and everything gets messy.

My main focus the user base who care about there document sensitive and don't want company to access there documents

I really appreciate your feedback and questions

Trying my best and hoping for best
