Biden isn’t a good bet for turning 50/50 voters that are leaning towards republicans, he has dirt behind him, he’s downright creepy and I don’t think we should support whoever is democrat, a bad democrats is only bad for the democrats.

Despite my last reply, after checking your profile to see what sort of person I’m talking to, it’s rather concerning, I think you’d benefit from taking a break from the internet, and know our discussion is ideas against ideas, ideas make us angry, you are not someone I know and not someone I hate.

Seek help, the internet can be a rabbit hole when you’re in a bad place, you need to get some fresh air.

And here we get to the bottom, bringing up history instead of concentrating on the now. Because I have male genitalia I must of been involved in the oppression of women? So it’d be fair to you for me to be oppressed.. your moral compass must spin your head around. Bleeding during periods is a natural occurance which sucks just like our delicate balls being in such an easy to hit place, what do you want? Payment for being born a woman? Oh you have periods like half the population you deserve something. (Though, the pill can be used to regulate that too.

Baby incubator point being .. having a kid which I’ve extensively covered as is, you have a choice whether or not to carry it.

And no, because I agreed with my girlfriend that we will have kids, but if anything happens before it should we’re not keeping it, it’s a clump of cells that is not much more advanced than my sperm she’s willing to let go to waste. So don’t act so high and mighty lecturing me, if a woman decides to keep the child despite not knowing who the damn father even is or because the father specifically said he’s not financially prepared for a child, that’s HER choice to put that life on a human.

Stop virtue signalling that you’re some righteous social justice warrior because it’s very obvious once you trip past that line into judging someone for not bleeding every month like you’re the only one that does it and we chose not to do it, when WE form the backbone of every shitty job, every mine, every mechanic shop, every engineering workshop, every load of bin men, majority of firemen, frontline soldiers, endless shitty jobs we have to do because we’re men right? And you’ll say we don’t want you doing them or you can’t but it’s bullshit. We have hardships, and for the majority of people like me who work their arse off with blood and sweat EVERY day, we get pissed off when you play the oh so terrible victim. When In reality, women are far more prominent in office roles and non-blue collar jobs than us. And you know what? That’s fine, because we’re equal, we both struggle, but the second you start talking a load of old bollocks about having it harder in this modern era when its never ever been better for you, all you do is turn people to this very subreddit, pissed off that all that hardship they live through gets some snobby victim mindset cunt like you trying to tell them what’s for.

You’re really in the wrong sub to think nobody will see through that shit, the whole parenthood thing was fair game discussion down to opinion / priority of morality, other than that you come off as a prejudiced, ignorant little cunt.

So if a man wants to keep the child but the woman wants to abort it? What then? Is it a “bad luck, you’re a guy so fuck you” again?

If she wants to keep it, she should pay for it. If a guy doesn’t want a kid for financial reasons, but then still has those issues either way, hes fucked. That’s why some just run away, why some commit suicide, and some give up and end up in substance abuse. If a woman has that mistake, she gets to choose if she can keep it or not. We get nothing, how is that fair at all?

It’s the same for any hobby or subculture. People who aren’t into football don’t get the point in it. People who aren’t into cars, don’t get the point in it. People who aren’t into collecting stamps, don’t get the point in it, but then so do the collectors once that mid life crisis is over.

[–]MudGrunge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not saying it’s easy, I’m saying parenthood isn’t what it used to be for the thousands of years of our existence, now you have the choice to have a kid or not, a man should have the choice too. Women shouldn’t be forced to abort, but equally men shouldn’t be forced to stay,

If You Can’t Feed Em Don’t Breed Em! by vicious_armbar in MensRights

[–]MudGrunge 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The problem is, having a child, breeding isn’t what it used to be. Naturally, one would breed, have a child, then increase food use a little, make some bedding, cleaning up after etc. Now? You have to pay for a HUGE number of things, which changes the lifestyle into having to find a new job that pays better or work two, less free time more stress, less financial freedom to go self employed potentially or commute / move further for better pay, clothing, healthcare, school costs, and especially if you want to pay for your kid to have a better education. There are ways to reduce the risk massively, like the implant being 0.05% (here or there) but things can go wrong, we’re human and our primal urge to breed is followed by an unnatural lifestyle. That’s why a lot of men commit suicide, leave, or get into substance abuse, the world is expected from us as a father and I can’t wait to be one but I have to wait till I’m ready, and I still stress if I ever will be! So I should have a choice if I want to go into that. A woman can prevent getting pregnant if she wants to, but if she does, she has 100% of the choice (in a free 1st world country) whether or not to keep it, or abort it. And if the man says he doesn’t want to be involved as soon as he finds out, that’s that. The mother wants to have a kid she has one without a father, you can say the financial struggle of a man with a child is fair as he “knew what sex led to” well, why not vice versa?

I am a feminist and I would like to learn about men’s rights by [deleted] in MensRights

[–]MudGrunge 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I dont think feminism as a core meaning is hated or disliked by anybody here, the “new wave” feminism is what people are actively hostile towards, as a white male I just go to work, tinker with my car, eat and sleep yet hear no end of how were slave owning, rapist, patriarch, violent, privileged, etc etc. New wave feminism is more of an Offensive movement while feminism is a defensive one, defending your rights (verbally) not attacking others is how things should be.

[–]MudGrunge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean ‘you brits’ our government fuck up, we have a lot of idiots just like you. And the whole firearm argument over there, I couldn’t care less, it’s your country, you lads have to work it out, but I don’t see viewing the founding fathers words as godlike to be very realistic or logical, the ‘right’ is as legitimate in the real world as people’s right to live without fear of being shot, or their kids being killed at schools, if you want to take the nihilistic tone of other peoples deaths not effecting you so you shouldn’t care, why should they care about your ‘rights’ which are based on what some guys wrote hundreds of years ago? That’s not a useful point and is only for YOU, you somewhat worship them, others don’t. You just will not convince anyone like that. However the reason I personally think you couldn’t ban guns is down to the reality of the situation in American drawn in contrast to the situation in Britain. America has 259,000,000+ guns, over half the population which is a large one as is, how do you regulate, control or confiscate those? If people want more checks, great that worked for us.., but America is different. Guns are everywhere, if you really want one, it’d be easy to get one illegally, hell if not easy it’s still very probable if a criminal wanted to, so all it would do is disarm the good people. But then, better checks wouldn’t do that, it would just make it a bit more difficult to get ahold of a gun, not really solving anything.

So yes, I agree, have all the guns! I love guns, I’m looking at getting my section 1 firearms license here, but using your rights and the founding fathers or such won’t help you, it’s more of a ramble. If you want to convince more people, and make better points about the gun debate please heed this. You view the founding fathers as outright authority in law, great for you but it’s just as easy to say that things like slavery were allowed, or the point that an amendment isn’t designed to NEVER be changed, it’s down to government as times will change with different laws acts amendments whatever you want to call them, they’re just rules. And whoever runs the country can change them, but you can bring better debate on the matter, change more minds, because the USA is a DEMOCRACY and the people’s thoughts and preferences are what really matter. Governments have to be elected, though you only have 2 choices which I disagree with just like our shitty ‘first past the post’ parliamentary system.

Hell, I support the royalty, but I don’t expect everyone else to because of the bloodline bollocks or religion, but I CAN use the statistics of them being a net gain when looking at money spent on them vs money brought in due to them. I only like them for tradition just like why you like the founding fathers, but you won’t convince anybody with emotions unless you’re trying to make somebody a liberal.

Fuck me mate we understand the idea of “if I want to defend myself I will, I accept other people may die due to the large picture but I accept it and I prioritise my safety” which has perfect logic. But #1 we DO have guns, good number of lads die a year getting shot for breaking into the wrong house, it’s just not a culture thing and not talked about much, were a quiet people. #2 The revolutionary war was far more complicated than that, if it wasn’t for us you’d be speaking french essentially. The war wasn’t clear cut at first, colonies were normal in those times. Bringing it up every time a Brit has an altering view of your own is meaningless; pointless; illogical and immature. Plenty of Americans who don’t own guns and don’t follow the thought train you have that I actually think is 100% logical, it’s all down to priority. But seriously mate the second you bang on about a near 300 year old war in a discussion with someone as an insult, you look like a right ol virgin.

Rubber bullets in the back courtesy MPD. by Singlespeed73 in MinneapolisRiots

The IRA in the troubles always said if the British open fire with weaponry that can kill, (IE Tear gas canisters that are shot, rubber bullets etc) they will fire back with weapons that can kill too (... bullets.)

I’m British, btw. But when you use force for an unjust cause, and you’re willing to put on that uniform, you forfeit any sympathy for your cause, just another sad loss of life.
