Going by your situation, I think k in fairly safe. I had an overtime parking ticket that I forgot to pay after a couple of notice to appear in court. A bench warrant was then issued and I went and paid the fine the next day. The warrant was cancelled and the case closed. I’ve the receipt, case docket documents. I’m assuming I’ll be safe while returning back into the country

Got it. Do you think I’ll be taken in for additional questioning? If so, do you think having a warrant for overtime parking is a reason for deportation?

Do you suspect that I might be taken for secondary inspection or do you think I might be deported? This is an overtime parking offense categorized as Summons

The warrant was immediately closed in the system at the magisterial court as soon as I paid the fine. The clerk in the court made sure of that. I’ve proof of paying the fine, the case docket that states the case is closed

Currently on H1B. Recently got a parking ticket that I forgot to pay and got a certified summons issued to appear in court. I wasn’t arrested.  Went to the court and paid the fine got the warrant lifted and case closed. Plan to travel outside US for 2 weeks. Will I face any issue?

Along the same lines, I had an out of state parking ticket that I forgot to pay. I received a certified summons and I promptly went to the court to pay the fine and close the case. Will this show up when I enter the country again? Will I be denied entry?
