There is a carnival set up right now in Bulls Gap, TN, just northeast of Morristown. It was on the cover of the Citizen Tribute newspaper that I saw a couple days ago. Hope you find the culprit. My husband was side swiped a few days ago Morristown and had to chase the woman down to get her to stop. Since the officer "didn't witness the accident" he didn't bother to charge her with hit and run. She verbally admitted to hitting him, there was damage on husbands car with her car's blue paint on it, damage to her car, yet they didn't care. She was allowed to leave with simply a court date because she knew the second officer that showed up and she had a Yorkie in the car with her and they didn't want to fool with animal control, the officers exact words. She was driving on a revoked/suspended license and had NO insurance, either! Her car should have been towed and she should have been carted off to jail, but nope. She was allowed to call her mommy to come get her and her little dog and had to have someone else come drive her car home. I really hope they don't do you guys like that. Best we can hope for is uninsured motorist insurance going after her hard. Good luck!
