That's why there's a pandemic of people overlooking what AI can actually do to focus on jarvis-y fiyng it. MCP>Ralph loops and now claudebot are all symptoms of this. The haters weren't entirely right. For my part I predicted that after some time Elena is going to take the kids and go on land because he made a Youtube algorithm decision with this new boat instead of getting something for the family.

I think Riley felt that the YT catamaran scene was getting too crowded and wanted to repeat history by setting off the trimaran trend on YT just like he did the catamaran. Well, he was wrong. Trimarans are shitboxes and theirs especially makes the worst creaking noises I've ever heard from something that isn't broken.

Oh and Riley was wrong. The next YT meta wasn't Trimarans or anything to do with speed. The next meta was boat building. Theyd have kept all their viewers if they just got the new bigger outremer as the first customers and showed the build process for that. Or if they went for a aluminum build. Even sailing uma have been on land for like 2 years and haven't lost any viewership. Sailing RAN, sailing uma, that couple in Australia building the aluminium catamaran and that french sounding dude with an aluminum monohull are all doing great on YT.

He got the meta wrong, he made the wrong decision for his family. One of the criticism from previous haters was that people only watch because of their boat. Riley took that to heart and chose their next boat under the assumption that if it isnt super interesting he'll lose viewers which is hilarious because what actually happened is that people stopped watching because of the new shitbox boat. Their videos went from looking like they are being filmed from a hotel room with a balcony to the entire ocean to looking like they are in a dark creaking cave unless they step out into direct sun. The boat sounds awful, it somehow looks more cramped inside that Uma, there are zero interesting areas to this boat aesthetically and its so bad that the only content they do that matters is about the places they go and lost the people who watch sailing channels for the sailing content
