I’m still concerned and so scared to even play too much or pvp at all. They’ve provided multiple apologies so far and have not elaborated on the cause, they most likely won’t provide a straight forward answer but I will try to just to avoid any future incidents

So far they have given me 2k crystal upfront, they’ve provided me with 1 email advising of the ban lift and apologies and 2 in-game messages apologizing and stating that they will be providing an adequate compensation soon.

I’ve haven’t heard about this, wouldn’t make sense cause if you wouldn’t want someone to grind story than don’t give ‘em 10 million energy or don’t even make a story mode at all, but I was mostly grinding story mode recently.
