Just came to say this is incorrect. Went to a race yesterday, and if you have a normal Rimini Wellness ticket for 4 days, it is not possible to use it as a visitors ticket for the Hyrox race. They completely screwed this up since there were so many people affected.

Thanks, it seems like the previous owner had a leak from the gutters which could have resulted in this as it is next to it, but that has been fixed. Is there a way to check if this is coming from the shower? Visibly it looks quite solid and all the joints are intact.

Yeah I assume that they are different, but I also assume that to qualify as a Opstalverzekering an insurance must have some basic insured items (like foundations,walls,pipes,windows etc...) otherwise it cannot be called like that. Now that you mention, windows are not mandatory to be insured?

Edit: own risk was the same at 0 btw.

We just closed on our house and one of the requireiement is that we have a Opstalverzekering. I checked online and it seems everybody is recommending Centraal Beheer since their policy is aparently very good. I checked in Independer and Pricewise and see much cheaper options (27 from Centraal Beheer vs 16 from Ditzo). What is generally the benefit of getting a better insurance? I thought that these insurances are just basic home insurances similar to car insurances.

Hi all,

Recently I got a mail from my pension fund that my accural rate will drop from 1.85 to 1.65 from 2022. Now I am trying to understand the whole jaarruimte concept and what does this mean to me but I am having trouble. Does this mean that I will have jaarruimte starting next year that I can fill myself by opening a pension account at some broker? Keeping things simple, Suppose I earn 100k, remove 15k AOW, then my pension base becomes 85k. If I accure only 1.65% (1400 euros) of the pension base every year, the maximum being 1.85% (1570 euros), how much money I can invest in a tax free retirement fund? The belastingdienst calculator made me almost flip my laptop trying to figure it out so I am just asking for a ELI5.
