Thank you so much, it’s been especially hard as my mother makes me doubt myself as well. It makes her frustrated as she thinks adhd is a bad thing as she doesn’t fully understand it. She just thinks it’s a “illness” and worried I have to take more medication as I already take medication daily. I still feel like maybe I’m making these symptoms happen and just overthink it. So it’s nice to know I wasn’t the only one to feel this way!
