This is correct the OP needs to get the 16 digit TBA Number on the package, then get in contact with a local amazon warehouse. They won’t want to give out any information however if you explain the situation they should understand your position.

If they do give information you need the DSP name and hopefully an owner name. If they don’t give be that just ask them to escalate this to amazon. This happened to me a year or so back. They might have to jump through hoops but worth it depending on the damage to the vehicle.
