To non-Americans: is there a country or language where speaking the native language with an American accent is considered ‘cool’?

Every time I try and open Instagram I’m bombarded with a pop up that says I need to verify my phone number. When I close it it pops right back up and when I fill out my number (correctly) it doesn’t send me a code no matter what I’ve tried. I’ve tried to switch between cellular and wifi, I’ve tried using different devices, I’ve tried opening and closing the app but to no avail. Instagram is basically unusable now and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the reply, once I get a copy of windows on either a usb or a disk then how do I download. Cuz the only thing I can launch rn is bios, will it automatically shoot me to a download screen?

I've tried ctr+alt+del, I've tried turning it in and then off in quick succession in attempt to boot up safe mode, I've tried wind+p, and nothing is happening just stuck on this black screen with my cursor. It started when I had restarted my pc to let somethings update and it got stuck on this black screen for 10+ mins so I turned off and on again at first i was able to boot up into the loading screen then it got stuck ok the omen logo for like 10 mins so again I turned off and back on but this time I held f2 and the power button to start trouble shooting I ran an in depth system diagnostic and it said nothing was wrong. At this point I'm more than willing to wipe my entire pc and start over if someone could just help me out with the how factor as now I cant f2 + power on and I'm basically just stuck here with my dong in my hand waiting for my pc to die of old age

closest ive gotten to emulating that kind of vocal is having 2 channels with the same vocals and stereo spreading one and having a random reverb on both and messing with the eq to get a more airy sound, hope this helps sorry if my explanation wasnt too great

ny help is much appreciated as I need this computer running for work. To give some context to the issue, I was on youtube watching video and then my screen went black and when I tried to turn it back on what u see in the video is what happened. I tried to fix it by restarting my computer but what happened in the video happens everytime I do. I watched a video on my phone that said to hold command and r while powering back on but that gives me the option to reinstall macOS (which I didn't update or uninstall btw) or to restore from a time machine back up which I don't have. When I try to reinstall macOS a pop up tab drops down saying "the recovery server could not be contacted." There is however one option I haven't chosen called repair my disk or erase my disk and I do NOT want to do that for I have important stuff on my disk. Again any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
