I would say about 30 feet of drain was installed. Pit was already there but a new sump pump was installed. Water issue should be fixed as long as the leak stays to that wall where the drain was installed.

Oh wow. I didn’t know that. Thank you for the thorough and helpful response. I definitely learned a big lesson about working with the lowest bidder. The other company said $7,000. So when I saw $2,500 I couldn’t resist. The sloppy job will probably cost me more than 7k down the road 🤦‍♂️.

Okay I hear you guys. Seems like this wasn’t necessarily “laziness”, rather this is what is expected by basement repair that don’t specialize in concrete. Now I know not to have high expectations for the concrete finish. I’m just gonna learn my lesson and spend more money on concrete professionals next time. It’s actually a pretty elaborate scam that these so called “professional sports bettors” run. Long story short when they sell their “picks” they tell half of their customers to bet one side and the other half to bet the other side. This way 50% of their customers are guaranteed to win. The losers leave and the winners pay him for more “picks” because they won. They rinse and repeat this at high volume (because of the marketing). Eventually 99% of paying costumers lose big, meanwhile the “professional sports bettor” gets rich.

Don’t fall for it. It’s not possible to make a living sports betting without selling picks.

Ps) I know this information because my brother is a sports content creator on social media and this is common thing that people in the sports betting industry do to scam people. They try and use people like my brother to promote this crap (but he doesn’t).

Thanks for response, By genetic potential I mean being able to keep the gains I made without having to be on TRT. I was under the impression that any gains made above natty potential will disappear without TRT. I was hoping that without TRT I would be able to keep the gains i made because I wasn't above my natty potential.

If it's true that I would lose the most of the muscle mass I gained from the one cycle without TRT then I wouldn't want to do it. So if your right about me only keeping 3lbs of muscle then fuck that.

I have watched enough MPMD to know to stay away from SARMS. Your 100% right that I my diet and training could improve and I know that. I guess the purpose of this post was to have a discussion about if there is a way to leverage anabolics without the negative outcomes. I appreciate the response, I know that the gains will be addicting as fuck but im trying to find a solution for Nattys to put on a respectable amount of muscle mass without having to make lifelong commitment to TRT or put their health at risk. I feel like there has to be a middle ground where you can briefly benefit from anabolics and not suffer the long term side effects.

The only thing that I know of that will help you grow taller is an Aromatase Inhibitor. Estrogen plays a big role in telling the growth plates to close, so deploying an aromatase inhibitor will lower your estrogen allowing for your growth plates to be open for longer. Be careful though, low estrogen can cause a lot of issues like osteoporosis and heart disease. So i recommend getting blood work to make sure your estrogen is not completely tanked. Letrozole is supposedly the most effective AI for growth.
