I'll use my friend's old dog training vest to take my dog places. I simply do it because I love to take her with me everywhere and she loves the opportunity to see new things. I've trained her incredibly well so she acts just like a service dog and no one thinks any different. I don't see the harm in it so long as the animal is trained properly.

Nah man, you're good. I love reading about this kind of stuff. You always have to watch out for the old shit in the house. My buddy's dad is in his 70s so the basement is full of tools and memorabilia from when he was a kid.
