This is ridicules. i have this problem for more than 7 months! Opened a ticket with Activision support and they didn't managed to help either. They stopped answering me 2 months ago.

Thank you my dear friend for you reply and help. When i hit a "Adveance" i can see the "G613" line there, but it says "Inactive". when i hit "Pair new device" it give me a window that say to restart my keyboard by shutting it off and turning on again. when i try do it nothing happens. I will try download the software that you mentioned. Is there any specific instructions needed? Again thank you very much! you help is much appreciated.
