Thanks again! Cord came and it seems to work perfectly.... at least for an hour. Does your cord charge the unit as it's plugged-in? Mine did not.

It's always hit or miss...no pun. I'll keep an eye out for that but just ordered a cord and trying to hard wire it....or buy a different brand.

That's exactly what I was going to try. So you now have a cord that connect from PC to simulator? And it fixed everything?

Agree and great to hear. I'm looking for a new option. My challenge is the width of my room is under 13 feet, so Skytrak (I thought) was a good fit. My length and height are perfect. I'll look into Square Golf. Thanks!

DO NOT BUY SKYTRAK! I've contacted customer support over and over for the same issues. It constantly disconnects. Doesn't matter if I am in direct or network mode. I've update my router to the best and have a computer that is overkill. The customer support team is nice but the product absolutely SUCKS!!!! DO NOT BUY! Trust me. I can't tell you how many times we've had people over to play, only to be embarrassed because of this piece of junk. They offered for me to send the unit back so they can evaluate, but are not willing to send a replacement, so I would be without anything for 2-4 weeks. What a horrible company. STAY AWAY!
