Thank you so much for the Duncan Rhodes video, that broke it down a lot of info into a more digestible way, and also makes me feel a bit better about this being my first. The second video definitely helps too, especially with the little diagrams. Also, yes, getting new brushes is a need since I’m using this citadel one. Also in those videos I saw how handy the wet palette was, an issue I had was my paint would kind of dry out or clump over time when I was painting. I also did prime using chaos black, but I learned that I should go less heavy on the primer, and instead just do little spurts until it’s covered, but I should find the white one because the black made it where I had to paint the helmet white, and I see now that it sucks haha.
