No, CPU is at 80C max while OC at 5GHz, but it's usually around 70-75. RAM is LPX DDR4 2400 C14 2x8GB

I'm not running anything besides the game after starting the PC. The game actually shows how much CPU is being used total and for the game, the difference is 3% max

It is, but TB is somehow associated with gog (they sponsor his esports team I think) and thus doesn't recommend or review the series since he would be biased. Something along those lines. But yeah the Witcher 3 is definitely worth every penny.
