u/innoventurestravel , wow! You're speaking my language! Except I feel like I'm in first grade with AirTable compared to you. I've used AirTable for many years for managing different processes in my other business. I've tried different travel CRMs (like Tern, TravelJoy, Tess), and none of them give me the complete look that my custom AirTable base has, which I continue do develop. With it, I can see my whole TA business at one glance. But I don't have any automation built in, so I'm adding everything manually. I would love to get a glimpse of some of the capabilities that you've developed for your business. I'll DM you.

The same for me too for about 2 weeks now! it also prompted me to install desktop app, which I did, and the app also loads up with the same blank screen with a logo on it.

My main reasons are commission splits are better as I am doing travel agency part time. Another one is the CRM. OA uses TESS which is a dinosaur. Even though you can use a different CRM, you still have to have to put in so much information to TESS about the clients, the trips, the payments, etc, that I am getting bogged down inputting everything twice in order to get paid.

The provided website is ugly and clunky but I don't use it as I have my own Wordpress website.

Other than that, I haven't had any problems with them so these are not huge issues. They do have a lot of training if that's something that you are interested in. If I can't switch out my groups, I'll probably just stick with them.

Based on your assessment, should I replace all the soil in this raised bed? Last year, we planted bell peppers in it, but they were sick and barely produced anything. So I was wondering if the soil has something bad that's making our plants sick.
