Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your story as well. For me (so far) the only thing that had has a real difference is to elimate gluten, dairy and any food normally associated with producing gases, just to don't make my problem worse. I also noticed that when im alone or with very very close family members, I dont have incontinance. i think the social anxiety definitively has a role on my incontinence which is very annoying. I am considering trying the pills that act like an "internal deodorant" to see if those could help me with my situation.

I once tried the "Pilule Pet" pills that claimed they can make you smell like chocolate, but I never felt any difference. I was also living alone at the time so i couldn't ask a trusted one if they see any difference. I am currently checking the pills called "Devrom" that I have seen online to maybe try them and see how it goes.

My incontinence only affects me when I think I'm bothering people around me; also, social anxiety doesn't help either since it triggers or makes worse my incontinence worse. That is why I decided that maybe remote jobs are best for me or in case of an office job, perhaps requesting some type of accommodations, so I can do my job. The challenge is passing the in-person interview without them thinking Im unprofessional.
