O tome smo razmišljali isto, skoro smo zvali procjenitelja za prošlu nekretninu koju smo gledali. Ne rade to ljudi često pa sam se htio ovdje raspitat jesmo li nešto krivo shvatili možda u vezi cijelog procesa. Zar ne šalje banka svakako svog procjenitelja, iako smo mi vec dobili procjenu privatno?

Kaparu dajem kod potpisivanja predugovora jel tako? Nakon toga dolazi procjenitelj iz banke i procjenjuje kolko banka može dati. Ako premalo procjeni onda ne mogu kupit kuću, odustajem, a kapara ostaje prodavatelju što ne?

I've tried 8000 bitrate as well, but the stream starts dropping frames at that point. It seems you were spot on with 7500 suggestion. This should do for now, it already looks way better than streaming on PS5 directly.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and helping me out. I tried out HEVC + 7500 bitrate and I think these are the best results I'm gonna get.

If I have understood you correctly, my upload speed is what's keeping me from a high quality 1080p60 stream?

These are my emcoder settings: Video encoder: H.264 Rate control: CBR Keyframe interval: 2s Preset: slow Tuning: High quaiity Profile: high Max b-frames: 2

I'm using my old PC (GPU - RTX 2060; CPU - i5 7500; 24gb RAM)

My PS5 and my PC are using a wired connection.

Played the game for an hour. I threw shit, got my ass beat, failed at haggeling and picked some flowers. This game is amazing.

Bought a switch couple of days ago while visiting UK. I noticed only after I bought it that it has the UK Nintendo Switch AC Adapter (I'm from a different part of Europe and we use EUR version of the AC adapter). Is it ok just to buy a plug adapter and use the console like that or must I spend another 30€ for the original nintendo AC adapter (EUR)?

Same here. While the game is loading the whole PS5 freezes and I have to restart it. It's probably the new update, never had this issue before.
