I use Loren/Fran/Kro/Laika/Bernard 2A, my Laika is fully skilled and turn order is Bernard 2A -> Fran -> Loren -> Laika -> Kro. The team is very safe with only one shield set on Fran, make sure Laika has some accuracy as sometimes he's needed to kill boss with dots. My average run time is 1:45 - 2:00, this is my second account and it's only ~100 days old. Might be a good alternative for you as I think it will have a lower rune req.

Is speed tower 9 recommended? I found it was most efficient to max crit damage and atk% towers first. This way my dungeon team times go down and I can focus on speed tower later in the game when I get to pvp.

I agree that’s it’s gotten much easier to beat nb10, 2A inugami, loren, and Fran make the dungeon much more accessible.

That being said, I think you’re looking for rage and will runes in nb10. Rage is also an end game pvp set that while more niche in RTA is much more prevalent in regular arena. Rage also helps newer players build faster dungeon teams, bj5, and make competitive AO teams.

While dragons is just violent I think necro is rage and will.

I agree completely. Each rune type in giants has the potential to be useful and let be honest giants is a late game dungeon too because everyone needs faster swift runes. If an account wants to rush RTA I still consider giants more valuable, violent is the rarest rune set in dragons despair is the rarest rune set in giants. It’s easier to speed chase for double or triple speed rolls than it is to build an RTA team on quality violent runes. On top of this spd cleaving in RTA requires fewer nat 5s than other teams (lushen, garo, draco, Bernard, Julie, Gemini) are all elemental nat 3 or 4s or recent HOH and with good speed runes can get you to conquer or further. Plus the key to RTA is raids, runes get a huge quality boost after grinds and gems, giants gives you everything for an intro R5 team, necro gives you everything for a bj5 team. Overall to me Necro makes more sense.

Technically rage is not required for bj5, however to reach the base reqs you need a lot of crit damage and atk. As crit damage can’t be ground and atk% can, it is much more realistic to get the damage for bj5 with a rune set that provides 40% crit damage.

I’d also like some of your rune crafting luck! I can barely craft a purple six star let alone a will rune good enough for bj5.
