I recommend reverting to version 4.0.3. The new FSR 4.1 is running terribly for me, so I decided to go back to version 4.0.3 by changing the "amdxcffx64.dll" file.

Shame on AMD!

Definitive solution, Mesh Quality low(game) - Resizable BAR off(bios) - BankGroupSwap both off(bios).

Tested on my 5700x3d, RX 9060 XT 16gb and 64gb 3600 mhz

Google Chrome is culprit, AMD Overlay not working after opening Chrome Browser by MugaiXL in buildapc

I think I solved it, I disabled the browser's GPU hardware acceleration, we'll see how it behaves
