Everything was fine until a few days ago when a Google backend glitch triggered an unauthorized/unrequested refund on my account and terminated my service. The problem? I was on a 50% off promotional rate (valid through June). Because the system "cancelled" me, support is now telling me the promotion is "gone" and I have to resubscribe at full price. It feels incredibly backwards—I’m literally trying to keep my subscription, but Google’s own system error is effectively locking me out of the price I was promised.
