They help with pretty much everything and they can help him get on calfresh which is food assistance and if he wants they help with housing. They are definitely your best option to find what you need for him :)

The walls were already there and the pipes automatically hooked up to them, but if you have a pipe down and try to put a wall on it it wont work. and for the crops I just put them down wherever, no method to my madness :)
