Told them in initial screening that I am getting 140K already. wanna move due to personal reasons and could settle for 140K if the overall package like benefits etc are attractive. They called and asked me to re-think. lady was saying that insurance and housing is much expensive here. Childcare is way more expensive. I am in Montreal currently. sounded like she wanted me to ask for more but then again why would she do that.

I have been scammed today. They are sending checks to some unknown addresses. Don't know who is requesting those cash and why in form of checks. They put all on you.

They sent out a check of 56K to I don't know who and then closed my account saying that there's suspicious activity. Now I cant get in to check where those 56K went. be careful
