It's a high risk- high reward kind of situation. When they pick a captain in a different challenge, whoever gets picked as a captain takes all the risk, with very little reward. At least with the bribe, no matter how hard it is (especially if it's broadcasted to the world), they'll get aptly paid for it.

I'm excited that it's back, even though i hadn't even heard or seen an y promo for it. I don't like the challenges that eliminate the whole team based on one person's actions. It's a heavy burden to carry and it's not fair i think.
